Over 15 years I have led design and content strategy at the intersection of brand, product, and commerce. Most recently at Zalando, Europe's largest fashion and beauty ecommerce platform, where I spent four years as Director of Product Design. I built the editorial content practice from zero, grew a product marketing capability, and led the design contribution across a portfolio of product surfaces including feed, boards, video, brand profiles, and live streaming. I established investment governance for the content budget, shaped the company's 4-year inspiration strategy with the Management Board, and led the team through two major organisational restructures.

Before Zalando, I spent eight years at Code and Theory in New York and Berlin, leading platform builds across hospitality, government, education, e-commerce, and media industries. My work sits at the intersection of content, product, and commerce: building the organisations, systems, and operating models that make them work together.
